For fans, a MotoGP™ race weekend is all about the racing. The anticipation builds from Friday's opening sessions through to Sunday's Grand Prix. For the MotoGP™ Authentics team, however, the weekend begins long before the lights go out.
This year's British Grand Prix gave us the opportunity to go behind the scenes, meet fans, speak with MotoGP™, connect with teams across the paddock and continue our mission of bringing supporters closer to the sport they love.
Here's a look at what we got up to.
Kicking things off in London
Before the action moved to Silverstone, MotoGP™ arrived in the capital for the official British Grand Prix press conference at Outernet London.
Alongside members of the media, we had the opportunity to attend the press conference, hear directly from the riders ahead of the weekend and ask questions related to memorabilia and collectibles as anticipation began to build for one of the highlights of the MotoGP™ calendar.
We also spent time interviewing riders and creating exclusive content that helps bring fans even closer to the personalities behind the helmets.
Away from the stage, MotoGP™ Authentics welcomed fans to our stand, where visitors could learn more about the experiences and memorabilia available throughout the season. One of the biggest attractions was our replica MotoGP™ chequered flag, giving fans the chance to step into the shoes of the race officials, recreate the iconic winning moment and capture a memorable photo from the day.

Heading to Silverstone
Once the weekend arrived, our attention turned to Silverstone.
Across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, our team worked throughout the circuit, capturing content from around the paddock, meeting with MotoGP™ and speaking with teams across the grid as we explored new ways to create even more unique experiences for fans in the future.
Every conversation centred around one goal: bringing supporters closer to the championship than ever before.
Away from the meetings, we took in the incredible atmosphere that only a MotoGP™ weekend can provide. Packed grandstands, passionate fans and the unmistakable sound of MotoGP™ machinery created another unforgettable British Grand Prix.
Throughout the weekend, we once again gave fans the opportunity to get up close to our MotoGP™ chequered flag, allowing them to experience one of the sport's most iconic symbols for themselves.

The flag takes centre stage
While fans were enjoying the replica, the official MotoGP™ chequered flag was preparing for the moments that matter most.
Supplied by Memento Exclusives, the official chequered flag was delivered to race control before being used throughout the race weekend to greet the winners of Moto3™, Moto2™, the MotoGP™ Sprint and Sunday's Grand Prix.
For those who had secured their place through MotoGP™ Authentics, it meant their name became part of every winning moment across the weekend.

A fitting finish
As the British Grand Prix, British Olympic medallist Ben Whittaker had the honour of waving the official MotoGP™ chequered flag as Raul Fernandez crossed the finish line, bringing another memorable weekend at Silverstone to its conclusion.
From the first press conference in London to the final wave of the chequered flag, it was a weekend spent working alongside MotoGP™, connecting with fans and continuing to find new ways of bringing them closer to the sport.
If you'd like to become part of a MotoGP™ race weekend this season, you can secure your place on an official chequered flag through MotoGP™ Authentics. With a limited number of spaces available for each Grand Prix, your name could be there for the next unforgettable moment in MotoGP™ history.
