As we head into the busy Black Friday and Christmas season, some orders may take a little longer to reach you. We appreciate your patience and will dispatch all items as quickly as possible.

We aim to ship all orders within the estimated time frames listed above. Please note that these timings apply to orders placed with a 24-hour lead time stated at the top of the product page; orders requiring longer preparation may fall outside of these dispatch times. Unexpected delays outside of our control may also occur with customs, couriers, or local delivery services.

SHIPPING NOTES
* A few of our items might take slightly longer to despatch before they are shipped to you. Please see the note on every product page which tells you the number of days before despatch. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. We dispatch orders between the opening times of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (UK time). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, our despatch timescales will be from the next UK working day.
** An additional shipping surcharge may apply to over-sized items. If applicable, this surcharge will be displayed on the product page.
We will acknowledge all emails within 2 working days. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (UK time)
Customs and Duty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Different Stock Availability: if you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
Despatching of Orders: although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- a) products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the Site; or
- b) sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Personalised items - items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3-5 days before they are ready to be despatched.
